11/10/2009  · Ok, like you said, you have a P2E (which is a non-vtec OBD2AorB ECU ), to use the D15B (which the stock ECU for that engine most likely is a P08, which is an OBD1 vtec ECU ) you need an OBD1 ECU (either the P08 if you DONT plan on future upgrades and WONT need tunning, if you DO plan to upgrade anything and eventually tune it, get a P28 ).
